Pour la pâte à pizza après le façonnage en boule laisser reposer 1h30-2h puis étaler la pizza sur le tapis de cuisson et la garnir des différents ingrédients souhaités (sauce tomate (1/3 concentré de tomate, 2/3 coulis, basilic, herbes de provence, ail, sel, poivre, piment), champignons, chorizo, mozzarella, jambon, gruyère, sardines, anchois, maquereaux). Préchauffer le four 30mins avant au maximum et placer en bas du four (cuisson qui varie entre 3 et 10 minutes en fonction de votre four,...).
