  3. Pétrir le tout jusqu’à ce que la pâte n’accroche plus au mains rajouter de la farine si besoin.
  4. Faire une boule et laisser lever 2h.
  5. Pour la farce faire revenir les poivrons l’oignon et l’ail avec le persil.
  6. Rajouter la viande étaler votre pâte y mettre la sauce tomate maison ou en pot puis rajouter la farce y mettre du gruyère.
  7. Faire cuire 40 min à 200 degrés.
  8. Pour les deux autres j’ai fais une au thon et l’autre jambon fromage chèvre.
