  5. Pendant ce temps préparer la sauce tomate : Faire revenir une gousse d'ail avec 1/2 oignon dans de l'huile d'olives ajouter 1 coulis de tomates, sel, poivre, origan, basilic. Laisser mijoter 30 min..
  6. Pour l'aubergine: laver couper en fine tranche sans éplucher, poser sur une feuille de papier sulfurisé ou une grille, huiler des 2 côtés et saler, au four à 180, 4 min de chaque côté..
  7. Après repos de la pâte, quand elle est bien levée, la couper en 2, affiner et à mesure de votre moule..
  8. Ajouter la sauce tomate.
  9. La mozzarella.
  10. Les aubergines grillées.
  11. Couvrir les aubergines d'un peu de sauce tomate et ajouter du basilic..
  12. Ajouter encore un peu de mozzarella. I.
  13. Un peu de parmesan.
